Process

Prices include music, transitions, titles, and any video clips under 10 seconds added to your montage. Projects with more than 250 photos, longer video clips, or interview content may require customized pricing. I carefully arrange your photos, so the montage flows smoothly and captures the right emotions. You’re welcome to choose the songs you’d like, or I can select and purchase music that best complements your content.

A 50% deposit is required to begin editing, with the remaining balance due before the final montage is delivered. Completed projects are shared digitally via email through OneDrive or Google Drive.

Preparing Your Photos

Photos should be in digital form and labeled in the order you’d like them to appear (01, 02, 03, 04, etc.). If you’d prefer a randomized sequence, you can skip numbering. Please choose photos with the best resolution whenever possible, and avoid using wallet-sized, irregularly cropped, or blurry images.

If you don’t already have digital versions of your photos, scanning is the best option. Many people use a home scanner or a free scanner app (even taking a clear photo of the photo can work). Local stores like CVS also provide digitizing services, where hard copies are scanned into high-quality JPEGs. This service typically costs around $30 for the first 30 photos and about $0.42 per additional photo.

Sending Your Photos

If your photos are saved on your computer or phone, email works just fine. For larger batches, Google Drive is often the easiest option if you have an account. Another simple option is WeTransfer.com, which is free to use and lets you upload and share files quickly. If you’d rather not send photos electronically, you’re also welcome to mail a flash drive, just note this option may take a little longer.

Turnaround Time

Most projects are completed within two weeks. For larger projects (over 200 photos), please allow up to three weeks to ensure the best quality. If you need a quicker delivery, rush projects can be completed within one week for an additional fee. Every project includes a rough edit for your review, giving you the opportunity to request changes. Once edits are finalized, final payment is required before the completed project is delivered.
